What do I need to do?

You will see a notification on your CorrigoPro desktop starting 30 days before your upgrade date.
At any time before your upgrade date, you should take these actions:
  • Register for training.
  • Each user should log into the CorrigoPro Desktop and click on the CorrigoPro tile and confirm name and mobile phone number by clicking “Join the Cru”. This is where work orders created after the upgrade will be located.
  • Once you have confirmed your name and mobile number, click on the hard hat icon and add your techs so they can download the mobile app.

Note: Some Pros need to be manually transitioned to CorrigoPro. If you have custom integrations on the WorkTrack platform or are operating Corrigo Enterprise, we'll call you personally. Feel free to call us at 800-517-2629 to ask about this transition.
